Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union, as well as the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates and shipping costs are shown at checkout based on the delivery address. We currently do not ship to countries outside the destinations listed above.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, order processing time and circumstances outside our control. Shipping usually takes [7-20] business days depending on the destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within [1-5] business days after payment has been successfully received.

Please note that processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your order, the tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the order has been shipped.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Height Boost Europe cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, strikes or other unforeseen events.
